The useful answer is longer, because between the cheapest and the most expensive offer you'll receive for the same building there can be a 2–3x difference — and that difference always has a technical explanation, not a commercial one.
For a fully executed commercial façade — design, structure, material, panel fabrication and installation — the price generally falls between 90 and 150 EUR/sqm excl. VAT. What drives the range: the aluminum sheet thickness and core type of the panel, the support structure, CNC fabrication, installation access, and the design documentation. Offers well below the range usually leave something out; offers well above it should have a specific, verifiable justification.
